Deer Valley’s East Village

Deer Valley’s East Village is Park City’s newest mountain base community, located just minutes from the lifts at Deer Valley Resort and offering some of the closest and most convenient ski access in the entire area. The neighborhood sits among rolling hillsides with views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Wasatch Mountains, creating a compelling blend of natural beauty and modern mountain living. Homes here range from elegant condominiums to luxury residences, many designed to make getting on the slopes as effortless as possible.

East Village will feature its own mix of dining, shopping, and community gathering spaces, all within a pedestrian-oriented village setting, while remaining only a short drive from Historic Main Street. As part of Deer Valley’s historic expansion, the resort is adding 3,700 acres of new skiable terrain along with new lifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, expanded beginner areas, and intermediate and advanced terrain that connects directly to the village. This expansion more than doubles Deer Valley’s size and establishes East Village as a major gateway to the mountain.
